At the time of writing this post, Arizona real estate remains open during the coronavirus pandemic. The World and the United States are facing something like we have never seen before.
I am happy to report that while a lot of businesses are being closed, Gov. Ducey announced in his list of essential businesses that Arizona real estate will remain open. There will definitely see some changes. You will find real estate agents relying more on technology than face-to-face meetings. Open houses will become virtual.
I completely understand that you may not be interested in buying or selling a home right now. However, there are people that are needing to move or needing to sell. I want to do what I can to help.
This is unprecedented times. You may have a lot of real estate questions. I will do my best to answer them. Feel free to contact me to ask your question(s).
My goal is to keep my clients, buyers, sellers and other real estate professionals as safe possible. I am going to be implementing new standards. Look for details coming soon.
Besides real estate, if there is anything I can do for you, please let me know. If you need something from the store, contact me and I will be willing to drive to the store and deliver it to your doorstep. Whether you live in Scottsdale now or in the future, I want to be a good neighbor.
